Most of the time, life is uncomfortable. We start each day putting on our faces (lots of Spackle and paint in my case, usually applied with a tile trowel…), add our work wardrobes, put on heels or some other form of footwear that’s definitely not our bunny slippers, and we march into the morning prepared to face whatever comes our way, sometimes counting down the hours until we can go home, climb into our yoga pants or sweats, scrunch our bums into a literal or figurative bean bag chair, and get COMFORTABLE.

But, is comfortable always a good thing? Turns out, the answer is, not so much. It’s a deceptive little bugger for sure.
