Halloween in Lambertville NJ is quite a treat, so my friends who live there have been telling me for years.
I didn’t take them seriously.
Children wearing costumes, neighbors giving candy and jack-o’-lanterns and ghosts making scary noises on the front porch? So what? We do that too in my neighborhood, I used to think. No big deal.
Yet, last Monday, on a whim, Chrysa and I decided to visit Lambertville and see for ourselves what all the fuss was about. I’m glad I did, for it was indeed quite a treat.
And if you don’t believe me watch the slide show. Enjoy!
