Yeesh! One of my pet peeves. I don’t begrudge anyone a job, but when I’m paying for technical support, I want to be able to understand the person to whom I’m speaking. And I want them to be able to understand me! Can’t say how many times I’ve repeated my problem ad nauseum over the phone only to have the person on the other end ask me the same question over and over until I hang up. Hmmm…I wonder if that’s their strategy?
